Terms of use
Last updated: October 28, 2026
These terms cover your use of credcarry.com and the CredCarry app, run by ISO AI Solutions LLC (“CredCarry,” “we,” “us”). By using either one, you agree to them. If your agency has a signed agreement with us, that agreement wins wherever the two differ.
- Who can use the app. The app is for staffing agencies that have an agreement with us, and for the staff they give logins to. There is no public sign-up. Keep your login to yourself, and tell your agency administrator if you think someone else has used it. The agency is responsible for what happens under its logins.
- What the app does and doesn’t do. CredCarry keeps credentialing records, tracks expiration dates, prepares reminders, reads uploaded documents and runs the registry searches an agency turns on. It does not decide whether anyone may work. That decision, and compliance with the laws and rules that apply to the agency, stay with the agency. Nothing is sent to a caregiver or an outside agency unless a person at the agency approves it.
- Document reading. Documents are read by automated readers, and like people, they can make mistakes. An agency chooses how its documents are filed: automatically when all three readings agree, or only after a person at the agency approves each one. An agency that turns on automatic filing accepts that a filing can occasionally be wrong, and should keep reviewing the records that matter to it.
- Registry searches. Searches show what public databases said on the day they ran, matched on the details the agency entered. A possible match only flags a file for a person. CredCarry is not a consumer reporting agency and its results are not consumer reports. Before taking any action against a person based on a search, the agency must confirm the result with the original source and follow the laws that apply.
- What agencies put in. Agencies are responsible for what they upload and for having the right to upload it, including permission to keep their caregivers’ documents and to contact them. Don’t upload patient health information. CredCarry is not built for it (see our privacy policy).
- Security. We protect the service with the measures described in our privacy policy. No online service can be made perfectly secure, and we don’t promise that it will be free of every breach, interruption or error. If we learn that an agency’s data was reached without permission, we tell that agency within 10 days of confirming it.
- Acceptable use. Don’t try to reach another agency’s data, get around sign-in, probe or overload the service, or copy the app’s code. We may suspend access that puts the service or other agencies at risk.
- No warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, CredCarry and the website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including any warranty that records, readings or search results are complete, accurate or current, or that the service fits a particular purpose.
- Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for all claims about the service is limited to the amount the agency paid us for CredCarry in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if nothing was paid.
- Your responsibility to us. An agency will cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees, for claims that arise from what it uploaded, from decisions it made about any person, or from its breaking these terms or the law.
- Ending. An agency can stop using CredCarry at any time. When it does, we return an export on request and delete its data within 30 days, as our privacy policy says.
- The website. The content on credcarry.com is ours. Booking a call goes through Calendly, under Calendly’s terms. We aren’t responsible for other companies’ services.
- Changes. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use CredCarry after a change means accepting it.
- Law. Florida law governs these terms, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts for Palm Beach County, Florida.
